We’re excited to invite you to a two-day tasting event at La Paris Bakery – a celebration of local flavour, artisanal craft, and a few exciting new additions to our bakery, deli, and wine selection.
What to Expect
Enjoy a complimentary tasting as you make your way through to the Bistro, accompanied by live music on the Estate. Sample a carefully curated selection of small-batch products and discover what’s new on our shelves:
• Kokerboom Kaas – Bold, raw-milk cheeses made from A2/A2 Golden Guernsey milk. Handcrafted in Velddrif, we’re proud to be the only stockist in the Franschhoek/Paarl surrounds. Taste their full range and browse our deli fridge for cheeses and charcuterie to take home.
• Lemberg Wines – A boutique Tulbagh winery bringing expressive Rhône-style reds and distinctive whites, including South Africa’s first Hárslevelü. Meet wines like Winston (Pinot Noir) and Spencer (Pinotage) – each with a story of its own.
• La Paris Bakery’s Chewy Cookies – Enjoy our freshly baked signature cookies, plus gluten-free chocolate brownies and cake samples.
• Home-Made Deli Range – Our pantry favourites include Buttermilk & Seeded Rusks, Salted Caramel Popcorn, Bagel Crisps, Orange & Almond Biscotti, Granola, Crackers, and more.
• Artisan Deli Goods – Officially launching during the Tasting Day, this new range features smoky hummus, olive tapenade, baba ghanoush, and other seasonal specials – all made in-house in small batches.

Guests are warmly encouraged to book breakfast or lunch at La Paris Bistro – or enjoy something from our Bakery Blackboard Menu, available for takeaway. You're welcome to dine in our dedicated garden seating areas or take your favourites home with you. Walk-ins are also welcome.
